KNAPP AND SCHMIDT ATTEND AIA CONVENTION IN MINNEAPOLIS

Mark J. Schmidt, AIA assumed sole ownership of Knapp Schmidt Architects, LLC (KSA) in August, after working with various partners since E. John Knapp sold the company in 1995.

John and Mark attended the Minnesota American Institute of Architects (AIA) convention together in Minneapolis in mid-November. It was like going back in time for both, because they used to travel together often before John left the firm in 1996.

Now residing in St. Paul, MN, John has maintained his involvement in the animal care industry by providing design consulting services and market studies for boarding and veterinary businesses.

Along with the recent change in ownership came a welcome addition to the KSA team. Linda Truelove has assumed dual roles as financial controller of the architecture firm and business planning consultant for our clients.

John will continue assisting KSA with business planning services by working with Linda.
