Welcome to KSA, Linda and Tad!

We're very pleased to introduce Financial Controller Linda Truelove and Construction Manager Tad Bulin.

Both are welcome additions to our staff, bringing high levels of professionalism and commitment to our clients' needs.

Linda Truelove, CPA, has worked in private practice for the past 16 years in public accounting, serving small businesses and individuals.

Her education and experience in corporate accounting, financial analysis, tax accounting, financial forecasting and strategic planning make her a valuable resource in providing KSA's Business Planning services, as well as in our firm's accounting department.

Look for Linda to provide Demographic and Competition Analyses and Financial Feasibility Studies.

Linda is finishing her Masters of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has a BS in Accounting from Purdue University.

Tad Bulin brings to KSA 17 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and multi-family construction., He has worked for much of that time as senior project manager, supervising estimators and project managers on projects ranging in cost from $900,000 to $15 million.

Tad will work with the architectural design team in each phase of a CM project, from programming through construction document preparation, refining the budget estimates for both direct construction costs and general conditions.

Tad's substantial estimating capabilities, combined with his excellent communication skills, make him a valuable project partner for the Owner who wants to maximize his or her involvement in the construction process.

Tad has studied construction administration and light building construction at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and U.W. Platteville
