Congratulations
on your new facilities....
Congratulations to
Marlee and Richard Slifka on the opening of their Country
Pet Clinic in Black River Falls, WI. Marlee saw a need
in her community when she was forced to drive all the
way to Sparta, a distance of thirty miles, to have her
pets treated, so she offered her veterinarian, Dr. James
Tripp, space for a satellite clinic. In cooperation
with a friend who grooms dogs she decided to build a
state-of-the-art boarding and grooming facility on the
same site. When the K-9 Country Lodge is completed this
spring the dog owners of this northwestern Wisconsin
community will have two beautiful and convenient facilities
for their pets.
Susan Carey needed
design of a lease space in New Lennox, IL, and she needed
it fast. The construction manager she talked to recommended
KSA. With cooperation and coordination, the build-out
is on schedule to take five months from architectural
agreement to occupancy. Soon she'll be in business.
After nearly five
years, Drs. Rod Poling and Susan Harrington are seeing
light at the end of the tunnel. Their Randolph, MA Animal
Hospital continued operating in the original 1,300 square
feet , while the 2,100-s.f.-addition was constructed.
Dr. Cindy Wojcicki's
Merrimac Valley Animal Hospital in Amesbury, MA underwent
the first phase of remodeling to add a 400-s.f. vestibule
and improve the public areas of the hospital.
Dr. Randall Raasch's
new McFarland, WI Animal Hospital is featured on page
2. He moves his practice from a residential neighborhood
to the village's main thoroughfare, where we at KSA
believe his building lends a touch of class to the community.
We hope he agrees!
